SHOEBOXFOX Shipping Policy

Our business in based in San Diego County, CA, 92056 USA. 

We operate in partnership with other businesses throughout the US and internationally. We use several different logisitics providers and 3PL to ensure you get your order at the best price with prompt delivery.

Orders may ship from other locations besides our headquarters and shipping times can vary. Please refer to your options at checkout when placing an order for the most accurate shipping times.

All estimated transit time is NOT guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays in transit once items have been shipped.

Outgoing shipping typically does not get refunded in most cases.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Times: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom apparel or backordered apparel that is made to print can have additional lead and transit time. These items may not ship from the USA, but taxes and fees are included in the cost.

Tracking Activation: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number. Please allow additional time for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Packages: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not panic if you receive one item before the others—the rest are on their way!

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Delayed Packages: If your item has not arrived within 21 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at so we can investigate or issue a replacement/refund.
